After making the payment, it required significant effort to get the supplier to ship the item. Unfortunately, they shipped the product without considering clearance procedures. I had to intervene, follow up, and personally cover the expenses for clearing the goods. Despite our agreed shipping terms being DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), they erroneously used DAP (Delivered at Place), transferring the burden of clearing the goods, taxes, and import duties onto me. Regrettably, based on this experience, I won't engage with this supplier again and cannot recommend them to friends or loved ones.
